Seller: A user with a store on ZAYNO.
Customer: A user who purchases products via ZAYNO.Applicability
These terms apply to all use of the website and ZAYNO services. By using the site, the user agrees to these terms.Registration
Users can register as a customer or seller. Sellers are manually approved after verification.Use of the Website
Only clothing and accessories may be sold. Offering other products or replicas is prohibited. Content on the platform must not violate ZAYNO’s standards and values.Intellectual Property
All rights to the website, including content and brand, belong to ZAYNO. Sellers retain rights to their own products and brands. ZAYNO may use product photos for promotional purposes.Liability
ZAYNO is not responsible for sellers’ products. Complaints are handled first by the seller; ZAYNO will mediate if disputes remain unresolved.Commissions and Payments
ZAYNO receives a commission on each sale, the percentage agreed per seller. Payments are processed via Stripe and paid out daily. Transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.Account Termination
ZAYNO may terminate accounts in case of abuse, rule violations, or inappropriate content. Sellers may cancel in accordance with their sales agreement.Cookies
